The College of Paramedics supports the Ambulance Services Benevolent Fund

Volume 6 · Issue 2

The College of Paramedics designed and produced two styles of pin badges in 2013, which have been available to purchase at national conferences, exhibitions and CPD events for the past year. We are delighted to support the Ambulance Services Benevolent Fund by donating £0.50 from the sale of each College of Paramedics pin badge to this most worthy charity.

As a volunteer organisation the Ambulance Services Benevolent Fund (ASBF) endeavour to help both serving and retired ambulance personnel and their immediate dependents in times of exceptional hardship, poverty or personal need and treat each case on its presenting merits regardless of rank, departmental role or length of service.

We were thrilled to be able to recently present them with a cheque for £250 and we hope this will be the first of many.
