What to do in 2011?

13 January 2011
Volume 3 · Issue 1

So, here we are, at the end of the first month of 2011. I hope you have recovered from the season's festivities and the demands of working for an emergency ambulance service over the usually busy time of Christmas/New Year.

The reality is that in only eleven months time, we will be doing it all over again— in just eleven months, we will be moving in to 2012 which is predicted to be one of significance as not only do the Olympics come to London but also this is the year that, according to the Mayan calendar, the world will come to its end!

However, before we get to that point in the earth's history, there is still plenty of time to have a go at writing a review for Spotlight on Research.

The monthly feature focuses on current research and allows the reviewers to give the readers a flavour of published papers in other journals—to inspire them to go and read research relevant to prehospital care which has been published outside the JPP.
