I thought that I would start this year with a bang and pass over the mantle of the ‘featured blogger’ spot to Kelly Grayson aka ‘Ambulance Driver’. He is the author of ‘A Day in the Life of an Ambulance Driver’ (2011), and is, as far as I am aware, the most read and most successful EMS Blogger out there.

You may have started listening to him after I recommended his and Ron Davies podcast ‘Confessions of an EMS Newbie’ a couple of months ago, but his blog is also not to be missed for an informative, fun and often very truthful insight into life as a paramedic in the US.

I feel privileged to have met Kelly when I was in Baltimore earlier this year, and have waited until this point, so that I could formally introduce him in a significant edition of blog watch. I normally edit what the featured blogger emails me for their information, but in this case, I am just going to let Kelly run with it:
